Orthopaedic Surgery Registrar programme 2005-2010.
Won the Orthopaedic prize at Prince of Wales Hospital – 1998.
He completed his internship in 1999 at the Austin Hospital.
Specialist training
Dr Riazi entered the accredited orthopaedic training programme with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons – 2005.
Completed the highly competitive fellowship training in Orthopaedic surgery at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

In 2011 Dr Riazi earned his FRACS distinction and was recognised as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon.
The distinction is only awarded to specialist surgeons who have completed a minimum of 12 years medical and surgical education, with at least 5 years of specialist postgraduate training.
